Are You My Mommy? (Smallville)
Spoilers for this season of Smallville up until episode 11 behind the cut. Well, mostly just for episode 11. Unless you think it's a spoiler that Clark's survived this season.

So this episode sees the return of Green Arrow, who's kinda cool. And the appearance of some superhero chick whose name I can only assume is Canary.
At the end, Clark suggests to this Canary chick that she join Green Arrow and his team of superheroes, because, and I quote, they "could always use a den mother".
Exsqueeze me? In what way did she act motherly this entire episode?
Is it too much to expect that she'd join the team as part of the team? As an equal?
Apparently yes! Get a group of boys together and they need a mother. Poor Wendy could never actually join the Lost Boys or the pirates, because both groups would want her to tuck them in at night and sing them a lullaby.
Be sure to eat all your vegetables, Ollie, or you won't be the Green Arrow anymore.
