For those playing on Puzzle Pirates, here's a warning.
Now, this is speculation based upon my observation. Jun was there for most of it, so you can ask her for a second opinion.
We joined the Pirates of the Damned where Thanos seemed to be in charge. We got into a number of battles. Quite a few and quite quickly, so I was impressed by that. We won two for ~100 POE each. Because those were navy ships.. easy targets, but small earnings. We lost all the other matchups. Why? Because people weren't listening to the instructions. Now.. the instructions Thanos were giving sounded fine. 3-4 on a person, NPPs first.. if you're targetted, then slow down (don't use the spacebar). Seemed like all good advice to me. But nobody was following it. He'd scream at people.. and blame the jobbers.
I think it was all a scam. They were trying to lower their ratings so they could attack easy targets some other time. Blaming it on the jobbers, so the jobbers bail. When they finally split the booty (which was admittedly low), I got absolutely nothing. I was the only jobber left on.
So whether or not I'm right, don't join this crew. Either they're running a scam, or they're full of rude idiots.
