Small-Minded Schoolgirls 1-2 by toma: A-

I reviewed the first two volumes of the NETCOMICS online exclusive Small-Minded Schoolgirls for Manga Recon. If you can get past its eccentric art, the series offers some excellent characterization in an addictive and distinctly josei-ish story. Definitely recommended!
